The room was very clean. The woman working the counter at check-in was extremely informative about the town. She was quick to pull out the map, made sure to point out all the good spots for pictures and food, and the best ways to get there. I speak only a little conversational Spanish, so even though our entire interaction was in Spanish, she spoke slowly and clearly enough that I could understand everything. The beds and pillows were memory foam, too! Extremely comfortable.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, very welcoming, they assisted me with parking, I’m super grateful for that! By the way they have a private parking with closed doors, so I was calm about leaving my car. Now about the hotel room itself, super modern, clean, new, well designed, mine also had a small balcony, and heated hangers in the bathroom in case you need it. They have cool pillows.

Very pleasant receptionist, Showed me room which was over the road in a different building, and to the garage to park my car. Gave me a map with the points of interest marked up on it as she directed me on a walking tour of Toledo. I hope to take my wife to Toledo next year and would certainly try to stay at Trípolis Toledo again.

we can not fault this hotel and its location .but due to passed experiences with cities parking can be a nightmare so when we saw free parking on booking .com it was a no brainer to take the parking hassle out .but on arrivel .we got a 12euros bill for parking .false adv for me

The attendant was very courteous. The room was updated and very clean. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Access to Free parking during the weekend on the street. A bus stop was not far. Walking distance to restaurants.
